1. From the Find a Teacher page.

2. Review the teacher's video, profile details, and availability schedule to make sure this is the right teacher for you. review and select the teacher that best fits your learning goals, then click on their profile. by clicking on his picture or name.

3. Click on "Book Now" on the teacher's profile page

4. Select the number of lessons you'd like to buy, and add your payment information.

5. mark on "I Accept To The Terms And Condition and Privacy Policy” and Confirm your purchase by clicking "Complete secure payment".

6. then you will be directed to Pay through the most Secured payment method ever, (Mastercard.com)

7. At some point, you will be asked for the OTP ( One Time Password ) for more security before purchasing anything with your card. You will receive an SMS with that OTP on your mobile phone that is registered with your bank. If you didn't receive the OTP, please contact your bank.

8. The screen below will appear after you purchase the lesson.

9. If you are ready to schedule the class now, you may click the red "Go to my lessons" button to select the date and time of your lessons.

Alternatively, if you aren't ready to schedule your lessons right now, you may schedule them later from your dashboard.Whether you have received a refund in Convrld credits or redeemed a Convrld gift card, Convrld credits are immediately available for you to use to purchase lessons with a teacher of your choice.

Convrld credits are applied automatically to your total at the time you book a lesson or lessons with the teacher of your choice.

NOTE: You can check your Convrld credits balance and transactions in your settings go to my wallet 

To redeem your Convrld credits:

In your checkout and confirmation screen, you will be notified of your Convrld credit balance: "Your Convrld Credit will automatically be applied to this purchase" 

These Convrld credits are available to be applied in full, or in part, to your purchase total:

And you will see this option: use my wallet credit

If the amount of Convrld credit completely covers the amount of your purchase, simply click "Complete Order" to complete your purchase.

OR

If the amount of Convrld credit covers part of the amount of your purchase:

1) click "Complete Secure payment" and Add your credit card information

3) Your purchase is complete and you have successfully used your Convrld credits to purchase lessons on Convrld.
