Welcome to Convrld! Before your first lesson, please be sure you download the Google Chrome browser if you don't already have it on your computer. 

Note: the lessons are arranged to be from the nearest to furthest lessons, as what you see in the next photo the nearest lesson is the first one, then the lessons are coming after that and so on. 

When your lesson is about to begin, please do the following:

1) Go to your Dashboard.

2) Click on your lesson that is about to begin.

3) When it is time for your lesson, press on the eye Icon. 

4- You will be directed to this page.

5- When it is time for your lesson. you will see this screen "Join lesson From App”

6- if you are faced with this message "please wait. let the teacher join” that means you need to wait a minute or 2 until your teacher will start the lesson.   As soon as your teacher starts the lesson, you will be allowed to enter the lesson. so you will click again on " Join lesson from App”.

7- As this is the first time to join a lesson on Convrld,  you will be directed to this page to download the Zoom application. kindly choose to "download from Google play”

8-  then click "Install”

10- Once you finish the installation  of zoom application ( Do Not open Zoom ) just go back to your lesson page and click on " Join from the App” and that time you will be directed to the app directly. please choose Zoom and click on Always. 

11- Write down your name, and press Ok

12- choose "Wifi or Cellular data”

13 - Allow the microphone 

14- in order the teacher listen to you, you need to unmute the Mic,

can also allow the camera if you want. 

16- if you reach that pic , then you are good to go and the teacher is waiting for you to speak with him. 

To schedule a lesson, you must first purchase a lesson. Once you have purchased your lesson, please do the following:

1) Go to your Dashboard.

2) select Lessons from the dashboard  

3) on your lessons select "Need To Be Scheduled" 

4) find the lesson you wish to schedule and click on the Calendar icon beside the details of the lessons.

 5) In the pop-up calendar, select your desired lesson time among the teacher's available times in green. 

NOTE: You may only select a time marked in green for your lesson. Trial lessons are 30 minutes long, but all other private lessons are approximately 1 hour in length (your teacher may leave a couple of minutes earlier to get prepared for the next lesson).

6) In the pop-up Confirmation, select confirm it.

7) And that's it! You've scheduled your lesson. You will see it marked on your Lessons in the "Scheduled option " 

8) and you will see the time indicated.

You and your teacher will also receive a notification email, the class has been scheduled along with the class time, if you are joining by Gmail or subscribe in google calendar you will receive a notification email before the class starts by 10 min

Important: the time slot is divided to ( Days - hours - minutes - seconds )
