Troubleshooting
please make sure you prepared your device:
1- All other apps apart from Convrld must be closed and not running on the background
2- The mobile device must have at least 1Gb of free memory space
3 -The device must have a full charge or to be connected to the charger.
4- If you prepared your device and you still are experiencing technical difficulties during the lesson, please close the app completely, uninstall it from your device, then reinstall it.
5- try connecting to wifi instead of data (or vice versa).
If the problem persists, please join the lesson from a different device, and send a detailed message to support@convrld.com with the steps for how to reproduce the problem and any relevant screenshots, device, and operating system information.
