If you do not wish to continue learning with a particular teacher, you can cancel your lesson(s). If you just want to change the time of your lesson, please, reschedule. 

You have 4 option for the cancellation:- 

1-  if the cancellation is before 24 hours for starting your class.

2-  if the lesson is scheduled

3-  if the cancellation is less than 24 hours for starting your class.

4-  if the lesson is unscheduled

1)  if the cancellation is before 24 hours for starting your class. You'll receive 100% of a refund when canceling. All refunds are made in Convrld credits. And you can see it in my wallet.

2)  if the lesson is scheduled Go to your Dashboard, find a lesson you want to cancel, and click "X sign" from the menu on the right

- In the following pop-up screen, explain your reason for canceling and click "Approve”:

3) if the cancellation is less than 24 hours for starting your class, you may cancel your lesson and get a 50% refund in the form of Convrld credit, and you will see this Blue message.

4)  if the lesson is unscheduled: There is no way to cancel an unscheduled lesson directly. If you want to cancel your unscheduled lesson, because you are not willing to take lessons with that teacher anymore, please, first schedule the lesson, then cancel it. Once it's scheduled, you can cancel it as per the instructions at the beginning of this article.

If it is more than 24 hours before your lesson's starting time, and the lesson time is no longer convenient but you wish to take this lesson with this teacher at another time, you should reschedule your lesson. For help with rescheduling your lesson, please see "How do I reschedule my lesson?”
